I used to think inspiration was something you had to hunt for. Now I realize it’s something that finds you when you finally open your eyes.”Tonight, my heart is full. There is a specific kind of peace that comes when you finally step into the purpose God has designed for you. For years, my voice felt quiet, hidden behind the noise of life. But tonight, as I sit in the quiet of my home, I am just… happy. I am overwhelmed with how inspirational this life can truly be.It’s amazing to me how a simple, honest question from my son, or a quiet moment with Scott, can spark a fire in my soul. I love that inspiration doesn’t require a mountain top; it just requires a willing heart. Whether it’s a “Monday Mix-Up” with a waffle or a deep conversation about the “monsters under the bed,” everything is a thread waiting to be woven into a story.I feel so incredibly blessed that God gave me this gift of writing. But even more than the words, I am thankful for the connection. Writing gives me the ability to reach out across the “Red Dirt” of my own life and touch the heart of someone else. It’s a bridge built on Grace.Jesus, thank You. Thank You for these gifts. Thank You for the ability to turn a thought into a healing word. Thank You for giving me a voice that I no longer have to hide. To everyone reading this: I hope you find the thing that makes your soul sing tonight. I hope you find your “True One” and the confidence to speak your truth. This is just the beginning for the Studio, and I am so glad you’re here for the journey.
