The Builder Behind the Pen
“I am a mother, a daughter, a friend, and—perhaps most importantly—a builder. My journey didn’t start in a library or a classroom; it started in a 9×7 patch of red Tallahassee dirt. I learned that whether you are leveling a cinder block or navigating the complexities of family and faith, everything depends on the foundation. I’m a ‘Visionary’ by nature—the kind of person who sees the sanctuary while everyone else just sees the weeds. I believe in getting my hands dirty, honoring the legacies left behind by those we love, and finding the ‘Fantastic’ in the middle of the ‘Failure.’ When I’m not drafting stories or leveling granite, you can usually find me sharing a plate of waffles and looking for the next project God has put in my path.”
